Event registration is subject to availability. AI Fest reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations at our discretion. All registrations are subject to the specific terms provided at the time of purchase.
Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated. Refund policy: full refunds are available up to 30 days before the event, 50% refunds up to 14 days before. After that, tickets may be transferred to another person at no additional cost.
All attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. AI Fest is committed to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone regardless of gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, ethnicity, age, or religion. Violations may result in removal from the event without refund.
All content on the AI Fest website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of AI Fest or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.
By attending AI Fest, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These materials may be used for promotional purposes by AI Fest.
AI Fest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or attendance at our events. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your ticket.
AI Fest reserves the right to modify event schedules, speakers, venues, or other details. In the event of cancellation, registered attendees will be offered a full refund or transfer to a future event.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
